Bickel Group believes in working hard but finding balance. We constantly strive to better ourselves through continuing education, lunch and learns, and team site visits. Outside the office, we believe in supporting our local community through charity events and fundraisers. And sometimes we just have fun together - at a sporting event, in costume, with a fantasy football league, or entering a sandcastle building competition.
