A Bickel Group designed contemporary restaurant building that celebrates interplay of a curving façade with a traditional cubist massing is well underway in Riverside, CA.

A multi-tenant end-cap building with a drive-through, the building is approximately 4,400 square feet and will be home for three restaurant tenants. Tenants under lease so far include Mountain Mike’s Pizza and Mojo’s coffee.

Completion is scheduled for the first quarter of 2024 and we look forward to seeing this one to the finish line.
